mkvopt - how to create CD images on IBM VIO Server |
Description
Used by padmin to create CD images (*.iso files) from a CD or DVD. This creates the cd image in the /var/vio/VMLibrary directory with read-only permissions. The ending image will be owned by root.
The example creates a CD image named "cd_image_name.iso" from the media placed in the "cd0" device.
# mkvopt -name cd_image_name.iso -dev cd0 –ro
